Architecture and Interior Design team distinguishes us from other commercial
builders.
Our in-house Design team allows customers the opportunity to custom-design space to their exact specifications. We provide Architecture and Design services at every design-development meeting to ensure we create the most ideal and functional buildings for our Owners and Tenants. We have several model floor plans that can be modified, or we can start from scratch to develop plans that will best-suit the customer’s needs. Lead architect, Roberto Saez, and Interior Designer, Casi Jenkins, work hand-in-hand throughout the design process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Our goal at Kevin Howell Construction is to meet and exceed the needs of our customers through a three-step process that ensures precision and efficiency.

Step 1: Consultation/Pre-Design Meetings
The consultation begins the development process and is designed to target each customer’s needs and desires. All decisions will be thoroughly documented and implemented into a conceptual floor plan layout. We will draft an initial floor plan and changes will be made as necessary until a final floor plan is reached and approved by the customer.

Step 2: Finalize Construction Documents and make Interior Selections
Once a floor plan is approved, all construction documents are prepared for
the customers to review. Our Interior Designer will walk the customer
through each plan to ensure a clear understanding of the building layout
and construction (electrical, plumbing, low voltage). Interior selections,
finishes and color schemes will be chosen at this time. The Interior
Designer will have samples available and can provide any assistance required,
including pricing quotes for any upgrades desired. Once selections are
made, we can determine the final cost of upgrades and a detailed invoice
is provided to the customer.

Step 3: Overview and Implementation of Construction
After all construction documents have been approved by the customer and interior selections are made, our team will work to ensure space is completed to the customer’s exact specifications. The Interior Designer will coordinate with all trades involved and monitor the progress of each building. Our Design team is available at any time throughout the process to answer questions or address concerns. Our goal is to deliver every building on time and to the exact specifications of our customer.
