OAKSTEAD WEST COMMERCE CENTER
Oakstead West Commerce Center is a collection of retail and professional buildings under construction on the west side of the main entrance to the Oakstead master planned community on State Road 54. It is located 1.7 miles west of US 41 and 3 miles east of the Suncoast Parkway (see map).
The site has great visibility to State Road 54 and is extremely well located in the fastest growing area of North Tampa/South Pasco County. There are numerous developments under construction in this area, including Shoppes at Sun Lake Center (CVS Pharmacy, Publix) and Concord Station. REDFERN PROFESSIONAL CENTER
Redfern Professional Center is a collection of professional buildings at the eastern entrance to the Seven Oaks master planned community, just west of the intersection at Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and Mystic Oaks Boulevard. The park is just east of the new elementary school in Seven Oaks, just east of the main residential component of the Seven Oaks community, and just west of the new Wiregrass Ranch residential community that will ultimately contain approximately 16,000 homes.
